Licinius I, 308-324. Follis (Bronze, 19 mm, 2.61 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 320. IMP LIC-INIVS AVG Helmeted and cuirassed bust of Licinius I to right. Rev. SAECVLI F-ELICITAS / P - R / R P Shield inscribed AVG set on garlanded cippus. RIC 160. Extremely rare. Slightly rough and with traces of cleaning on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.

This extremely rare piece is one of three known and the only one in private hands, the other two being held in Vienna and from the Bikić-Do Hoard. In total, only 12 coins for Licinius I are known with the 'SAECVLI FELICITAS' reverse, of which six are in public collections.
